SMART Project Field Monitoring and Enterprise Development

PMK is implementing the Sustainable Microenterprise and Resilient Transformation (SMART) Project to promote environmentally sustainable and climate-resilient microenterprises. Supported by PKSF, the project focuses on improving the productivity, competitiveness, and sustainability of small businesses through technical assistance, capacity building, and access to financial services.

As part of the project\'s regular activities, PMK field officials conduct enterprise visits to monitor business performance, identify operational challenges, and provide practical guidance to entrepreneurs. These visits help ensure that project participants are effectively utilizing modern technologies and adopting improved business practices that contribute to long-term growth.

The SMART Project also emphasizes Resource-Efficient and Cleaner Production (RECP) by encouraging entrepreneurs to reduce waste, conserve energy, optimize the use of raw materials, and implement environmentally friendly production methods. These initiatives help lower production costs while improving product quality and reducing environmental impacts.

In addition to field monitoring, PMK organizes training sessions and awareness programs that strengthen entrepreneurs\' knowledge of financial management, business planning, climate resilience, workplace safety, and sustainable enterprise development. Participants receive continuous technical support to help them improve productivity and expand their businesses responsibly.

Through the SMART Project, PMK remains committed to empowering microentrepreneurs with innovative solutions that support sustainable economic development.
