Coordination Meeting Held for Strengthening Organizational Performance
On 17 July 2026, PMK organized a special coordination meeting with the participation of representatives from the Narayanganj, Rajshahi, and Joypurhat Zones. The meeting was arranged to review ongoing organizational activities, evaluate program performance, and discuss strategies for enhancing service quality and operational efficiency across all levels of the organization.
The meeting was graced by Ms. Kamrun Nahar, Chief Executive of PMK, as the Chief Guest. Senior officials from the Head Office, including the Heads of the MIS, Finance, and Audit Departments, along with Directors, Deputy Directors, Programme Managers, and Area Managers from the participating zones, attended the session.
During the meeting, participants reviewed the progress of various development programs, discussed field-level challenges and opportunities, assessed administrative performance, and explored practical strategies for achieving organizational targets. Special emphasis was placed on strengthening coordination among departments, improving service delivery, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring the effective implementation of PMK\'s ongoing initiatives.
In her address, the Chief Executive encouraged all officials to perform their responsibilities with integrity, professionalism, and dedication. She emphasized the importance of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement in achieving PMK\'s mission of serving communities through quality development programs and financial inclusion.
The meeting concluded with a set of strategic decisions and action plans aimed at improving program implementation and organizational performance. Participants reaffirmed their commitment to working collaboratively to achieve PMK\'s objectives and to continue delivering impactful services that contribute to sustainable community development across Bangladesh.
